Accessing The DQCog Members Section

Dear subscriber, as a new subscriber you were directed to this page for help on accessing the members section of the DQcog website.

Get your personal DQCog access codes

Click the link above, it will direct you to a web page that will help you setup your own personal access codes (username & passwords) that are needed to access the members only section.

You will be able to choose or create you own username and password to access the site. Please use at least 6 characters for each. If you are planning on using the DQCog forums, try to use the same username.

Once you complete the above form you will receive two emails.

The first email will be automated and confirm that your registration has gone through. Please refrain from accessing the members area until you receive the second email.

The second email you receive will indicate that you can now use the username & password you have created to access the members section. This email may be sent in a few hours to a few days depending on what type of payment was forwarded by you or what day it was recieved. If payment was made by check once the check has cleared this email we be sent.

Once you receive the second email confirmation you can start accessing the members section of the site by clicking a link that looks like or similar to this one: DQCog Members Entrance or by clicking on the image similar to the one below:

When you click on one of the above links indicated, a small box like the one below will pop up on top of the browser window you are using.

For the username type in exactly the user name you created as the 1st email indicated or as you typed in the registration form in the first place. Do the same for the password.

Note: If just one character is out of place or if you type a capital letter instead of a lowercase letter you will not be able to access the site.

If this is the first time you are using restricted access to enter a internet site, don't be alarmed or frustrated at failing to log on successfully your first or more times.

If you continually fail to access the site more than 10 times in a row then the systems software will deny you access even if you get it right the 11th time. This is to prevent hackers from entering the site.

Don't panic, others new to this type of access have had the same problem. We will reset / reinstate your access should this occur to you.

After accessing the members section of DQCog a few times please visit this web page and give us your feedback about "our" web-site.

Misplaced Access Codes

From time to time some of our members / subscribers have misplaced their access codes (user name & password) that are needed to access the members only index. If this has happened to you, we are here to help you.

Please choose one of 3 ways below to get the help you need:

If you are a new or repeat member and you have yet to register for access, you need to go / click here, it will take you to a webpage that will assist you in setting up your personal DQCog members access account. Once this account is set up you will be able to access the member index, in some cases within a few hours, but usually within a day or two.

If you are a member who has already accessed and completed this form in the past but no longer know your access codes, then you need to go / click here to have your personal access codes sent to you by email, after which you will be able to access the web site immediately.
