We've
all seen the commercials on our TV's.... just
about every vehicle that's being advertized is
using this little Gizmo as one of their selling
points for buying "their" new
offerings.
Gps is not really all that new.. it's been out
for a while. As a matter of fact it was first
offered as a relative inexpensive option a number
of years ago from DeLorme for around 100 bucks.
The catch was it had to be connected to your
laptop.
While most new trucks and cars for 2007 are
offering Gps as an option.. when we bought our
trucks it wasn't. As a matter of fact their
wasn't much out their at the time.. and what
was...was way overpriced.
Today..the whole system is compact and fits on
your dash...and .. prices are coming down to the
point where the temptation of owning
one...well...can be rationalized.
So with that being said..on this update we take a
close look at one of the top sellers..stick in
our truck and..let it...take us for a test ride.
Besides being chock full of information...it also
has it's own personality...So...we take a little
look at it's personality.. well help you decide
if the both of you can get along.. if it's right
for you and your wallet.
Don't
get lost... we'll put you back on track.. just
